CFI (Center for Inquiry), a non-profit educational organization based in Buffalo, NY, needed a new west coast headquarters. This project was a complete renovation that gutted an existing building to suit CFI's needs. The facility houses administrative space on the second floor and a library, bookstore, museum, and theatre on the first floor. The multi-purpose Steve Allen Theater, used for the organization's educational events, is also designed to house outside theater and comedy productions from the community. The outdoor courtyard entry provides overflow space during events.
