A master plan for a non-profit committed to creating an easily constructed and affordable village concept in South Africa, the typical community included 700 homes, healthcare facilities, schools, farming, and governmental facilities. This design served as a prototype for similar projects in other third world regions in need of housing and sustainable communities.
